Luxurious Bridgerton-Inspired Waterfront Sarasota Ca' d' Zan Wedding

Arusha and Rob’s luxurious waterfront Sarasota wedding took place on the terrace of the Ca’ d’Zan estate, a Mediterranean revival residence with enough dramatic architecture to bring the couple’s Bridgerton-inspired dreams to life.

The bride's bright, white orchid bouquet accented her flowing chiffon dress, while a glistening tiara and cathedral veil made her embody a duchess on her wedding day. The groom looked like a lord waiting for his lady in a timeless black tux with a matching boutonniere.

The historic private estate transported the couple to a European setting with its Venetian Gothic style and stunning waterfront views. Pastel pink, purple, and blue florals adorned the outdoor courtyard as the couple professed their love to one another just steps from the Sarasota Bay.

As Florida's famed "golden hour" shined over the venue, the ceremony space transformed into a floral-filled reception with ornate chandeliers and romantic string lights illuminating the night sky. Long tables were adorned with cascading floras of pink, white, lavender, and greenery, while pops of intricate gold were woven throughout the decor in the charges, vases, table numbers, and golden-lined goblets. The dramatic architecture of the estate provided a sophisticated backdrop as guests enjoyed sunset water views.

The Bridgerton theme carried over to the intricate four-tiered cake decorated in florals and gold accents. Even the invitations and signage were fit for a duchess. Wildflowers surrounded every word, and the inside of the envelope included a hand-drawn sketch of the iconic venue. A whimsical pink ribbon held it all together with a gold wax seal. Every carefully curated design of the day evoked a sense of grandeur that transported wedding guests to a world filled with European class.
