Waterfront French Country Styled Shoot

I was given the privilege of working with the publication Marry Me Tampa Bay to design a styled shoot with Westshore Yacht Club.

The design of this styled shoot was inspired by the Venue itself. The Westshore Yacht Club is surrounded by panoramic views overlooking Old Tampa Bay and so we were able to play off of the colors of the water by complementing them with a Dusty Blue color pallet. We also wanted to stray away from a nautical or beach theme to show potential bride and grooms that the Yacht Club can have versatile styles. We came up with the French Country theme because it made perfect sense as the Dusty Blue would flow perfectly into this design. With the help of incredible vendors, this styled shoot was brought to life.

We had so much fun creating the details, and the details is what really made this design incredible! From the marble table numbers and name cards to the burgundy accents on the plates and in the flower arrangements, to the way we tied the silverware together, the details were carefully thought out and executed to our liking!

One design aspect that I get really excited about is creating amazing dessert tables. The desserts themselves were so beautifully decorated that it made our job easy in not having to search out extra decoration to add depth to this table. We wanted to double-utilize the arch that was draped with flowing white fabric for the ceremony pictures and use it again as a beautiful canopy surrounding the desserts. This added a different element that the Yacht Club hadn't seen before and again, we were able to show through pictures the different uses that can be created at the Venue.
